ARTE (Franco-German TV channel) produced a documentary about the Romanian Black Sea gas.
A large part of the movie has been filmed at the MGD Project facilities last autumn to show to the public how the gas is produced from the depths of the Black Sea to Romanian households.

“Romania has greater gas resources than most European countries. With its unexploited Black Sea gas reserves, it could theoretically free itself from gas imports and start supplying neighboring countries. But Romanian legislation is not favorable to development. Even so, Ana production platform in the Black Sea has gone into operation. Natural gas has been produced here since June 2022 – not far from the Ukrainian war zone.
