In February, BSOG’s partners and shareholders took the Final Investment Decision in the MGD Project

BSOG performed a 2-well exploration drilling campaign in XV Midia Shallow block
BSOG completed the land zoning plan (PUZ) on all onshore lands required for the MGD Project and obtained the Construction Permit for the GTP

BSOG completed the Front-End Engineering and Design works for the MGD Project

2015
BSOG signed a Cooperation Agreement with S.N.T.G.N. Transgaz S.A. to align plans and schedules to achieve the connection between the proposed GTP of MGD Project and the NTS
The MGD Project was defined. Its purpose is to put into production the natural gas of the Ana and Doina fields and deliver in to the National Transmission System (NTS)
The Carlyle Group purchased Sterling’s Romanian business and set up a new company Black Sea Oil & Gas SRL

1992
British based company Enterprise Oil Exploration Ltd. and Canadian based Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. were awarded the XIII Pelican and XV Midia blocks offshore Black Sea at the first international petroleum tender organized by the Romanian state. State owned Rompetrol called for bids for 12 onshore blocks and 3 blocks in the Black Sea.
Enterprise Oil Exploration Ltd. and Canadian Occidental Petroleum Ltd. signed an Exploration and Production Sharing Agreement (EPSA) with a 5-year exploration period and a work program of $21 million.
Enterprise Oil Exploration Ltd. was appointed by the joint venture the Operator of the blocks.
